Tammy and I went to Blue Mountain yesterday and we cycled for 2.5 hours. Today I returned home and did a 32 minute run.

Running in Bala
Seems to be a consistent theme...drink, no exercise, wait a day...exercise
Ran today for about 1:20...really tired at the end in spite of good pre run hydration and diet...afterwards I've been having the trots...in waves.
