Catching Up

I worked out Monday, Tuesday, Wed, Thur and Friday...felt good too. In Chicago on Thursday and Friday I did a CF workout and a ellipitcal workout. No workout on Sat or Sunday.

Let's try something different...

Today I tried something different. Something I hadn't done in a long time.... I exercised! Wow! It was exhilarating! You know once you start it's not so hard...and it's kinda fun. You just need to take that first step out the door....
