Hockey-I felt good. I had no endurance issues at all even though I was tired on a couple of shifts

Elliptical Trainer 15 minutes-no running this week

I felt pretty good except for a very sore hip from hockey last night...landed on my left butt cheek again.

• 20 body blaster (burpee to pull up to Knee to elbow) To score subtract 2 min from total time. Did 25 pushups and 20 knees raises on ab rack
