Run

Went for a 40 minute run...I walked a couple times which pisses me off but I went. My left hip was a bit tight in the left lower back area.

Monday

Run 30 minutes.
Ran for 15 minutes and then did bursts with walking for the next 15 minutes.

For the first half of my vacation I worked out and ate right. For the second half...I didn't.
