Workouts

I haven't worked out for a few days due to various circumstances but today I picked up my new Power Rack and set it up at work. It's a good set up and I can easily do chinups and ring dips now...I think I have it all there but a place to do wall ball.

It's amazing how stiff my legs were from front squats and my core abs are tight too...

My lower back was tight so I used less weight on this WOD and I'm glad I did because it was hard.
