• 400 m run
• 20 pull ups-did assisted
• 400 m run
• 20 (3) push up burpee regular burpees
Rest 2 min till the start of rd 2
Round 2
• 25 Push press 115/85 used 95#
• 400 m run
• 20 box jump
• 400 m run
• 20 body blaster (burpee to pull up to Knee to elbow) To score subtract 2 min from total time. Did 25 pushups and 20 knees raises on ab rack

30 minutes total time
