Ran along the trail towards western. I felt ok...better than Saturday but I'm still feeling the residual effects of being sick last week.

Went for a 40 minute run...I walked a couple times which pisses me off but I went. My left hip was a bit tight in the left lower back area.

I felt pretty good except for a very sore hip from hockey last night...landed on my left butt cheek again.

• 20 body blaster (burpee to pull up to Knee to elbow) To score subtract 2 min from total time. Did 25 pushups and 20 knees raises on ab rack
