Turkish Getups get me...

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes with 35# dumbell:

3 snatches per hand
5 turkish getups per hand
10 swings

5 rounds +

After round 2 I lowered TGU weight to 25#...my shoulder was feeling it...

I felt like I could have gone higher on the other two exercise weights
