Maximum Fitness


I need something to change it up a bit. I decided to start the Navy SEAL training again. Today I did day one week one:

Pullup/Dip Pyramid
1-5-1 with Dips x2

Abs/Pushups/Dips x 3 circuits

Is this for time or just do the sets? Is it the Stew Smith stuff that you did awhile back?
