Taper

Today I did the CFWU...

It really feels weird to have had such easy days recently.... I miss the intensity and want to do something hard...

When we get about 2 days out I want you to up the salt intake with everything you eat to help you store more water for the big day... Diet on these recovery days is very important still... and its great your feeling like you want to do more... some of the active flexability (legs swings ect) would be fine after the warmup
