Thrusters for 7 more reps....keep on going see what else you can do

The middle part can be partitioned as needed. So I think that means 5-10-15 or whatever.
I was just contemplating your posts and come to the conclusion that you are a beast! Your progress has been huge. I remember that you were saying that you were miles behind me... now I think that it is only inches if not right on top. That is awesome.
